Surviving the Bar Exam with Gifts

Every year starts out on a high note, the majority have their resolutions either writtenout or at minimum in their heads. This time of reflection on the past gives us a standpoint of what we would like to transformin the future. Change is always good but hard to embrace and to make happen. As the employee charge with gifts for the employees I find it difficult to pick the right gifts that consist of the most excellent product for the right occasion that will please the the greater part.  We all know that nothing is just the thing so it goes with gifts. I call it one size fits all which really means fits none well.

I have learn that there are people out there more appropriate than I to make these design selections than I am. I have been working with Basketsbyrita.com for many years now and they are completely trustworthy.

They write the following:
Many companies employ over worked over stressed employees that they count on to guide the company through these rough times. These employees are the future successors that are working to finish projects, pass the bar exam or perhaps taking on additional duties where others have been laid off. These folks need a little TLC occasionally. If they are the young lawyer preparing for the bar exam send them a stress relief gift basket or survival gift basket the week prior to the exam along with a note stating ‘hang in there we are rooting for you’. If it a task in it’s final stages send the bar exam survival basket to their home to say “we appreciate all your extra efforts to keep the project on time.

The benefit this gift and message send far out way the dollars spent on these gifts. Statistics show that 60% of employees leave a corporation because they did not feel valued.  Having working in HR for a large corporation I recognize what it takes to keep employees content. Most of all I have learned that relationships are critical to the success of any business.
