Bar Exam CPA College Student Support

Hopefully the year starts out on a high note, nearly have their resolutions either written out or at least in their heads. This time of reflection on the past year gives us a standpoint of what we would like to adjust in the future. Change is always good but hard to embrace and to make happen. As the employee accountable for perks for the employees I find it tough to pick the right gifts that take in the most excellent product for the right event that will please the masses.  We all know that nothing is just the thing so it goes with gifts. I call it one size fits all which really means some will love and others will be mildly impressed.

I have learn that there are people out there better suited to make these design decisions than I am. I have been working with Basketsbyrita.com for many years now and they are very professional. They write the following:
Many companies deal with over worked over stressed employees that they count on to guide the company through these tough times. These employees are the future successors that are tasked with the goal to finish projects, pass the bar exam or perhaps taking on additional duties where others have had to be let go. These folks need a little TLC now and then. If they are the new lawyer preparing for the bar exam send them a stress relief gift basket or survival gift basket the week prior to the exam along with a note stating ‘hang in there we are rooting for you’. If it a project in it’s final stages send the survival basket to their home to say “we appreciate all your extra efforts to keep the project on schedule’.

The benefit this gift and message send far out way the dollars spent on these gifts. Statistics show that 60% of employees leave a company because they did not feel appreciated.  Having working in HR for a large corporation I know what it takes to keep employees satisfied. Most of all I have learned that relationships are critical to the success of any business.
